Compared to last week: Feeder steers mostly steady. Feeder heifers steady to
2.00 lower. Slaughter cows 1.00-3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls not well tested.
Trade active and demand good. Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-2 300-700 lb
feeder steers and heifers. Slaughter cows made up 8 percent of the offering,
slaughter bulls 1 percent, replacement cows 2 percent, and feeders 89 percent.
The feeder supply included 59 percent steers and 41 percent heifers. Near 21
percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.

Steers: Medium and Large 1: few 300-325 lbs 152.50-155.00, 340-400 lbs
137.50-145.00; 445-500 lbs 125.00-135.00; 500-600 lbs 115.00-125.00, 545 lb
individual 128.00; 600-700 lbs 106.00-112.00, 600 lb individual 116.00.
Medium and Large 2: 350-400 lbs 127.50-132.50; 400-450 lbs 122.50-132.50,
