Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers under 500 lbs 2.00-4.00
lower, over 500 lbs 1.00-2.00 higher. Slaughter cows and bulls steady. Trade
active and demand good. Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-2 425-700 lb feeder
steers and heifers. Slaughter cows made up 13 percent of the offering,
slaughter bulls 2 percent, replacement cows 5 percent, and feeders 80 percent.
The feeder supply included 63 percent steers and 37 percent heifers. Near 25
percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.

Steers: Medium and Large 1: 300-400 lbs 129.00-140.00; 400-500 lbs 115.00-
125.00, few 127.00-130.00; 500-600 lbs 108.00-119.00; 600-700 lb calves 103.00-
111.00; 700-800 lb 101.00-105.00; 800-900 lb calves 97.00-102.00.
Medium and Large 2: 300-400 lbs 108.00-118.00; 400-500 lbs 106.00-115.00;
500-600 lbs 99.00-107.00; 600-700 lb calves 96.00-105.00; 700-800 lb 97.00-
100.00.
Medium and Large 3: 300-400 lbs 100.00-110.00; 400-500 lbs 105.00-107.00;
