Hello Everybody from Tiny Dwight, Nebraska
My name is Chris, I'm 22. I am married, 1 cute little baby girl "Ariell" (R.E.L) that is 16months. We live just outside of a tiny unknown little town of Dwight in Eastern Nebraska. I was in the Air Force for 4 years and just couldn't handle being away from the farm any longer, so somehow I convinced my wife...100% city girl to move out here to the "middle of nowhere" as she puts it, and here I am today. Got bored of reading all the other crap on the internet, so I thought I'd try and find something a little bit more like myself.

Hi Chris! Steve from PA here. Welcome!
It seems that more and more people are returning to the country. I don't know if a trend is changing or if there are just more people. I know the percentage of small farmers has dropped tremoundously over the last couple decades so hopefully it will make a come back.
I can't remember who said it but I think that it was Thomas Jefferson that said (basically, not exact quote) that the real wealth of a country can be measured in the number of small farms.
Steve
hello to both of you. I must agree living in small town americia is the best and to have a farm or ranch is even better! So what is it you two do? Farm ranch or just living the good live in your cozy little town? I agree with Thomas !!
