Compared to last week: Stocker and feeder lambs no test. Light slaughter
lambs 3.00-5.00 lower, heavy weights steady on a light test. Stocker and feeder
goats steady. Slaughter goats 3.00-5.00 lower. Demand good. The sheep supply
included 22 percent slaughter lambs (500 head), 1 percent slaughter ewes,
balance replacement sheep. In the slaughter lamb supply 1 percent weighted over
100 lbs and 100 percent entered the non-traditional marketing channel. The goat
supply included 75 percent slaughter goats, balance replacement stock. All
sheep and goats sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
