Compared to last week: Stocker and feeder lambs steady to firm. Light
slaughter lambs 5.00-10.00 higher, heavy weights steady. Stock and feeder goats
steady. Slaughter kids steady. Demand very good. The sheep supply included 76
percent slaughter lambs (950 head), 1 percent slaughter ewes, balance
replacement sheep. In the slaughter lamb supply 1 percent weighted over
100 lbs and 100 percent entered the non-traditional marketing channel. The goat
supply included 80 percent slaughter goats, balance replacement stock. All
sheep and goats sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.

Dorper Ewes: 120-140 lbs 72.00-81.00
