Compared to last week, dairy quality Alfalfa not recently tested, however
a firm to higher undertone was noted. Fair and Good Alfalfa sold mostly
steady. Export Alfalfa not recently tested, however a lower undertone was noted.
Retail/Feedstore/Horse hay traded mostly steady. Oat hay sold with a higher
undertone noted. Wheat straw traded steady. Buyer demand moderate for domestic
cattle and retail hay, light for export hay, with supplies being light to
moderate. Producers trying to finish their final cutting, however a few minor
rain interruptions slowed intentions.
