I gallon Goat Milk
Vinegar
Instructions:
Bring one gallon of goat milk to a rapid boil in a double boiler then ad 1/4 cup of vinegar and remove from heat. Stir a bit and drain in a cheesecloth lined colander. Ad salt and spices, let cool. You have cheese. Some of my favs are Basil and Sun Dried Tomato, Garlic and Chive or Jalepeno.
