"Why are farmers trying to haul hay for their herds facing so much trouble in texas and oklahoma. They give lip service about supending permits. But the D.O.T in Texas is on a full court press to harass the little guys. My guess is they are afraid to go into the city and mess with the real nuts. Folks need to contact their Rep's and complain"
