Greetings from Rhode Island, the one state that just may be smaller than some of the farms out there! My wife and I live in the 'burbs, on a 5500 sq ft house lot. We're grown so tired of listening to the neighbors music and occasionally loud disagreement, that we've decided to move out to the country. We just put in a bid on a small 8-acre plat, cut out from the adjacent hay field. My wife wants a horse or two, I just want to keep the hay cut!

Imagine... I thought hay was just grass left to grow tall!

Anyway, I'll be reading up on topics that interest me, and probably post a stupid question about hay and horses from time to time.
