Pyrex storage containers are a great buy, the lids seal well too. And Amazon is amazing with their speedy shipment and excellent return policy. I always look Amazon first when buying a product!

Glass containers are all the rage now, as supposedly glass is less harmful than plastic in the microwave.
Try not to use the dishwasher so much for the lids as they can get distorted and become ill-fitted for the containers. Use the top rack of the dishwasher if you must. They are best for containing dinner leftovers for lunch at work the next day. I just like them because they make me look stylish, in a frugal sort of way.

Bought this set for 19.99 when they had a gold box special for it.
Got it after a couple days, or maybe a week.
Checked it and one of the bowls had some marking on it, like the glass was not totally dried and it was set aside and wrapped in paper.
The glass looked weird but it did not affect its "performance" the glass was still tough and it held food well.
Anyway, I called Amazon CS and they offered a 10 discount or an exchange for the same product - with shipping out of my pocket, so I just took the discount.
So the set cost me $10 all in all with free shipping = awesome deal.
Rating: - arrived totally crashed
First arrived with broken rim of the largest bowl, so that customer service said send a new one.
Finally, I got that with opened pyrex box not outer amazon box, and a inner bowl was totally crashed.
It was too dangerous to pull out so that I had to cut the box with scissors. Because everywhere in the box, there were tiny chips all over the box! I have pictutres of that. Also I got hurts that tiny chips what can't see into my fingers when I opened it!
I am really upset because I have a doubt they sent a non-sealed box(crashed product inside)on purpose for replacement. If not, why they sent a opened box looks like some using it?
Amazon.com needs to say something!
