Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - UTG MK23 Review
It looked really nice right when it came out of the box, the silencer feels like it's all metal and the gun itself is plastic but very hard and sturdy. You can see the inside of the gun when cocking which I think is a very unique features and the two magazines hold about 25 rounds each which is more than enough. One interesting feature is that the hammer of the gun will move up and down every single time you pull the trigger regardless of whether it's cocked or not. The fps is true as in the description (320fps), and the silencer makes the bullet fly straighter. The gun also comes with a rail which you can attach accessories (laser, flashlight, etc.). There are a few problems however, cocking the gun is extremely difficult at first but gradually eases up, and DON'T screw the silencer on too tight - you hear cracking sounds and from other reviews, it will probably eventually crack your gun too. I got this gun as a present from another relative who bought it from Amazon and overall, it's a good gun for beginner - intermediate airsoft players.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great gun.
So far, I am quite pleased with this gun. However, from my own experience and reading some of the other reviews, I have a few concerns and bits of advice.

One issue I noticed as soon as I opened the box was the quality of the orange plastic threads (for the suppressor) on the barrel of the gun itself. The first few threads were stripped straight out of the box, and I had some difficulty screwing in the suppressor. This was probably just from a glitch during manufacturing or quality control. However, realize that the threads in the suppressor are metal - the threads on the barrel are not. I was able to make it work, but every time I remove the suppressor I have to blow orange dust out of its threads. After frequent use, you may find that it becomes harder to use the suppressor. It has no practical use, but it looks cool.

I would recommend caution buying this if you are younger, or plan to gift it to a younger person. I am 22, and I find that the grip is pretty big, but it's size is fine for my hand. Younger users may have a hard time gripping the pistol. I can see why some people have a hard time cocking the gun. I personally don't have a problem, but again I am older. I can image that repeated cocking during extended use could get tiresome for certain users. Overall, this pistol is larger and requires a little more effort to use than other airsoft pistols I have encountered.

Otherwise, the gun is quite sturdy and relatively powerful for its price. The inclusion of a second magazine is much appreciated, but I wish they included a small big of BBs as well - especially since my township bans the sale of BBs so I have to wait for my 5,000 count bag to arrive. The safety mechanism (in the form of a lever on the left side of the gun above the trigger) is also very useful.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - MK 23vpistol reveiw
The MK 23 spring pistol is a great sidearm. The Pistol comes with two clips (each holding 26 BBs) and a fll metal mock silencer, and for $[...] bucks its a slam deal. The gun is made out of HARD plastic and inner meta parts. It is a full scale model of the MK 23 pistol. The guns FPS is 320 and works great with .2 gram BBs. At first the gun is VERY hard to [...], but after a while you get used to it. If any of you are wondering what the mock silencer does, it doesnt actually silence the gun. It makes he gun slightly more accurate. In the end the gunis built very well. I highly reccomened this gun for a side arm. It is very big, so a holster wold be nessecary for the gun.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Pretty Good
MK23 Navy Seal Spring Pistol airsoft gun

This gun is a very good. It shoots well. It looks good. And it performs great. The only con I have about it is that it is very hard to cock at first. When you cock it for a while it becomes easier. It is a very easy maintained gun. Its very easy to disassemble and reassemble. With the silencer on the front of the gun does sag a little. There are three main metal components to the gun, the silencer, the trigger, and the safety. Everything else is hard plastic. It is an excellent buy for the money. I would recommend this gun to all of my friends.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - It's OK...no BBs
The gun is sturdy, heavy plastic so it can take a beating...but comes with no BBs...they couldn't spare a small bag. I am using this as a back up weapon to my L96, so my sniper ammo wont work in the gun so now I have to order BBs for the gun. Does come with 2 clips and a metal "silencer". I wouldn't recommend to kids because the grip size is for a larger hand. Overall good gun for now but I will be purchasing a gas powered for my backup.
