I got yellow, seem cheap but may last 1 year or so. They become rigid when you fold them out then you "slap" them onto your ankle, wrist, forehead, etc. I have yet to see if they are reflective up to 1500 feet as stated with car lights. Material complies with ANSI 107-2004 (traffic visibilty code) so they must be decent at least. Probably doesn't hurt to have them around you when riding a bike.

I just love them. The are fun to use while walking at night and they make me feel both fashionable and safe! People ask me what they are and where I got them. They have so may uses. I put them on my purse, ankles or arms. I've even place a couple colors on one arm for fun. I highly recommend them
