Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Liife changer!
My PT recommended the stick for my IT band pain and other trigger points. But i was finally sold by reading the Amazon review from the woman with compartment syndrome, which I also have in my lower legs. I use the Stick before and after exercise, and I can run again without compartment pain. It is the best self-help tool I could imagine, and I want to give Sticks to all my relatives as Christmas gifts.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Terrible products, terrible waste of money.
I'm a personal trainer as well an athlete training for Ironman triathlon. At a recent event expo, I stopped at the "Stick" exhibit to explain that I was in fact terribly disappointed with their product. He agreed with me!!! But offered that the problem was in the model, that I needed to purchase the larger model to get the proper effects. Ohhh, I need the more expensive one to actually benefit, is that it? He began to demonstrate, causing me to abruptly insist that he stop because it was hurting me. He became extremely agressive in his demonstration and within seconds, actually brutalizing my muscles with this ridiculous gadgetry, inflamming nerves along the back of the leg which spurred severe cramping of the foot and toes!! Do not walk ... run. This is a terrible, worthless product sold by idiot nitwits that think its okay to man-handle people with detriment!!! They and their product have worsened any muscle fatigue or soreness that I had and I would give anything to hit him in the head with that ridiculous "STICK".

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - stick
If you are a serious athlete you have to have one of these. Its a full self massage in a stick. More power to you if you can get somebody else to use it on you. Its especially outstanding for sore calves after running and cycling.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great for runners
I bought this after reading many good reviews and used it while training for a marathon from Jan-Apr 2008.

Works great after a run. Also did wonders for my lower back, hamstrings and glutes. I am always glad to use it and feel much better and looser afterwards

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Seems to work well...
I use the Stick almost daily before and after my runs (up to 10 miles, but usually 2-4 miles). I suffer from Compartment Syndrome and have had compartment release surgery on my left leg in the past. The successful surgery allowed me to continue to run. Unfortunately, over the past year, my right leg began exhibiting symptoms of compartment syndrome. Not wanting to endure additional surgery and on my doc's advice, I purchased the Stick. The idea is to loosen the facia of the leg muscles before and after the run in order to allow increased expansion of the leg muscles during exercise. It seems to work. I've had decresed symptoms and believe I can continue to run without resorting to surgery.
