Rating: - A solid anime title
This anime is a very nice one that is pretty good for its time. The characters are easy to adapt to and some of the moments are very hilarious. The only thing I didnt really aprove of were the tanks. With a name like Tank Police, you'd expect there to be some really cool tank designs, but the action made up for it. The action is very intense and exciting. Seeing a tank jump on to the wing of a plane was so cool. I just wish U.S. Manga would put more thought into the subtitles. The subtitles were so small and hard to read. That aside, I really like this title and I will propably buy the DVD.

I am a real big fan of anime and especially Tank Police. This video is by far one of the funniest animes I've seen. I mean who can compare to Captain Britains obsession with his tank and his psycho attitude about everything? I really loved it, the characters are very believable and let me just say one more thing. I love Al!

this movie is great i loved it you have to watch it so many times cause its so funny a must for any collecter it leaves you mouth watering for the last 3 videos and you really have to pay attention or youll miss the bast part

trust me when i say i have no tolerance for Anime, the story almost always sucks and the writers expect the cutesy fad-animation style to cover it up. but this movie and its sequel are an exception, killer story, real characters, and it kept me on the edge of my seat. rent it, buy it, whaterver.

I saw this movie on the Sci-Fi Channel. Set in a future where Earth's atmosphere is so polluted that people need oxygen masks to go outside. It's the story of the Tank Police, an elite force that uses surplus tanks to go after tough criminals. The criminal they're after is named Buoco. Buoco's a clone created to survive in the polluted, post-apocalyptic world. A new member is a Ellie Onozuka. She's a former motorcycle cop. END
